Pro Text iOS and Android App

Pro Text is an iOS and Android mobile app used to schedule text messages for your friends, family, and colleagues.

By using Pro Text, you agree to the terms, privacy policy, SMS consent rules, anti-abuse restrictions, and opt-out obligations described below.

1. Service Purpose

Pro Text lets users schedule and send SMS messages to family members, friends, coworkers, caregivers, or other contacts with whom they have a pre-existing personal or professional relationship.

The service is designed for legitimate personal and professional reminders, such as medication reminders, appointments, recurring tasks, family reminders, team reminders, or internal follow-ups.

Pro Text is not an SMS marketing, cold outreach, contact-list resale, or unsolicited bulk messaging service.

You must obtain permission from every recipient before adding their phone number and before sending messages to them.

Before adding a contact, you must tell them:

That you want to send reminders or notifications by SMS through Pro Text
What type of messages they will receive
How often they may receive those messages
That they can opt out at any time by replying STOP
That standard SMS and data rates from their mobile carrier may apply

For numbers subject to an SMS consent or disclosure flow, Pro Text may send an initial message explaining that the recipient is receiving messages through Pro Text and can reply STOP to opt out.

3. Opt-Out

Recipients can opt out at any time.

Opt-out methods:

Reply STOP to any received message
Ask the user directly to remove the contact
Contact support at contact@fabco.tech with the relevant phone number

Once a number has opted out, no further messages may be sent to that number unless the recipient explicitly asks to opt back in.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Pro Text for:

Harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, or abuse
Hateful, discriminatory, violent, or exploitative messages
Phishing, fraud, impersonation, malware, or scams
Marketing, advertising, promotions, affiliate offers, or unsolicited sales
Cold outreach or messaging people without a pre-existing relationship
Reselling, renting, buying, scraping, or sharing contact lists
Automated debt collection
Political or election campaigns without specific registration and authorization
Age-restricted or regulated content without appropriate licensing
Any illegal activity or activity that violates SMS carrier, Twilio, Apple, or Google rules

You must never import or use a phone-number list obtained without direct consent.

5. Privacy and Data

Pro Text uses the same backend as smsscheduler.com. Data may include:

Account email address
Configured sender name
Contacts added by the user
Phone numbers
Scheduled message content
Sending history, delivery status, and opt-out status
Mobile subscription information managed through iOS/Android platforms and RevenueCat

This data is used to provide the service, send scheduled messages, manage quotas, enforce opt-outs, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not resell personal data, phone numbers, contact lists, or message content.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Obtaining consent before sending messages
Honoring opt-out requests immediately
Not using Pro Text for spam, harassment, or unsolicited marketing
Ensuring your messages comply with applicable laws
Not sharing your account with unauthorized users
Keeping accurate account information

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, account termination, reporting to carriers or competent authorities, and any other necessary action.

7. Carrier Fees and Availability

Standard SMS and data rates from the recipient’s mobile carrier may apply.

Message delivery depends on carriers, networks, anti-spam filters, compliance policies, and technical availability. Pro Text does not guarantee delivery of every message.
