SMS Scheduler is a web platform that lets you schedule SMS messages, they can be reminder, alert, or personal messages for patients, clients, friends, or family members.
There are three ways to schedule SMS messages today: weekly SMS, monthly SMS, and prescription-style series that repeat a text every few days with multiple send times.
Our service now supports French (+33) and Belgian (+32) numbers, and will soon open to Canada and the United States.
Use case: pharmacy prescriptions
Pharmacists often provide precise schedules, yet patients do not always stick to them. With SMS Scheduler you can automate the reminder cadence—for example, every three days at 11:00 send “Please take your XYZ medication before the meal.”
Each patient goes through a dedicated double opt-in and can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP, ensuring compliance while offering real support.
